Building A Lovable Brand

A brand that's LOVED is the holy grail for all business owners.

But what does it take to create lovable marketing and build a lovable Brand – one that captures hearts and minds?

Here are my top 5 tips and most of them don't cost a cent. Yep, my love is free!

1. BUILD EMOTIONAL CONNECTION

Like any good relationship, you gotta care about your clients, their problems, and what they want to achieve.

Tip: Listen – get active in places your ideal client hangs out. FB groups, meetups, talk to your list and current clients. Ask and then deliver.

2. BE CONSISTENT

We can all be guilty of dropping off the radar every now and again, but client relationships need nurturing. Out of sight often means out of mind. Be the friend that is consistently there when they need you.

Tip: commit to connecting with your audience at least 3 times a week, through whatever channels work best for your tribe.

3. BE INSANELY USEFUL

Don't think of 'stuff' to put out there to get drowned out in the noise. Create content, offers and products that are really really useful to your clients.

Tip: list 10 questions your clients ask you and create short sharp content to answer those burning questions

4. BE GENEROUS

IT'S A SIMPLE ONE, BUT ALWAYS AIM TO GIVE MORE THAN YOU ASK FOR IN RETURN.

Tip: Think of all the ways you can stand out in the minds of your prospects and clients. Maybe it's excellent bonuses with your course, birthday cards to your clients or personalized welcome videos. Brainstorm 5 things you can do right now to go the extra mile.

5. BE INSPIRING

Seth Godin famously said "The marketing we love the best is the chance to imagine becoming our best selves. Give us something to dream about."

Tip: Lead by example, push yourself to be the best and show people what's possible for them. Create experiences and content that help lift people up, inspire and empower them on their journey.

I hope you enjoyed these love fuelled tips. I'd love to hear how you put them into practice.
