God, marketing and falling off ladders
My husband was hanging precariously up a ladder while I attempted to balance the bottom on our wonky driveway when they arrived.
Two men marching towards me, whipping out their brochures.
As I'm staring up at my husband and he's hollering down at me not to move, the men start to talk to me about "Salvation and the end of the world."
